There are 2 acres of level land and 3 more for horses. Landscaping is established and drought resistant with many tall trees. It is off a half mile well maintained private road and it is very quiet and secluded.
The home is 5,150 sq. ft. with 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens with pantries, 5 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces and an indoor BBQ. It also has a Night Club with bar, dance floor and table seating, a Library and an Office. Out buildings include garage, Art Studio and Barn.
The complete house has been recently painted inside & out and new carpets installed. All outside underground water plumbing between buildings has been replaced. Four of the 5 toilets have been replaced with water efficient Toto toilets.
